9. Cancellation Policy

• Here’s what happens if you need to cancel:

• Cancel Within 7 Days: Full deposit refund 💸 if you cancel within the first 7 days.

• Cancel After 7 Days: The deposit becomes non-refundable 🚫 as we’ve already secured bookings and made advance payments.

• No Refunds After Deposit: After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued ❌ as all payments are prepaid.

• Visa Issues? ✈️ If you encounter visa problems (unless you’ve opted for the upgraded package where we handle your visa), we can’t refund 💔

• Trip Cancellation by Us: If we have to cancel the trip for any reason (hopefully not 🤞!), you can reschedule within 6 months at no extra cost 🔄
